Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Greater Noida. The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, conducting client consultations, and guiding prospective students through the admissions process. The role includes managing outreach, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Associate will also assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Sales Strategy, and Client Consulting
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Follow-ups
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and maintain detailed records
- Customer-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism
- Experience in the education sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
