Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Associate based in Noida. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, identifying customer needs, presenting and promoting products/services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the team to implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written, with a customer-centric focus
  • Expertise in sales techniques, lead generation, and nurturing customer relationships
  • Analysis and organizational skills for handling data, records, and market research
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software is preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Team collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in a sales role or customer-facing position is an asset
