JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Facility Director

Qualification: MBBS, MD, MBA (Hospital Administration)

Core Responsibilities:

Oversee hospital operations, ensuring clinical excellence and administrative efficiency

Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and quality standards in line with NABH/JCI guidelines

Drive strategic growth, business development, and service line expansion

Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical heads to enhance patient care and operational outcomes

Manage budgets, optimise resource allocation, and ensure compliance with regulatory norms

Lead talent acquisition, training, and retention initiatives to build a high-performing team

Represent the institution in external forums, partnerships, and healthcare networks

Experience: Minimum 10+ years (senior-level leadership experience in hospital/healthcare management preferred)
