- Providing timely feedback to the coordinators/ HOD/Vice Principal in terms of scope of improvement.
- Develop and execute effective branding and marketing strategies to meet admission targets and enhance the institution's visibility and reputation.
- Preparing strategic planning & presenting MIS to management.
- Responsible for supervision and general discipline of school.
- Monitor and assess academic performance and outcomes, and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
- Ensure a safe and clean learning environment by regularly inspecting facilities, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate parent communication and involvement initiatives, including parent-teacher conferences, workshops and events.
- Monitor the administrative department and ensure compliance with all activities mandated by the board or management.
- Perform such other duties and confirm to such instruction relating to the education as required of or any statutory body or issued by the state government, director, deputy director or education officer, as the case may be.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong desire and proven ability to redefine team building standards and cultivate future leaders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain discipline and foster a positive learning environment.
- Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders including parents, staff, and management.
- Master's degree with B.ed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
