Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Manager based in Delhi, India. The Customer Relations Manager will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving customer queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with different departments to address customer needs, maintaining customer records, and analyzing customer feedback to improve services. The Customer Relations Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing customer service policies and managing a team of customer service representatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in CRM software and customer service tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations
  • Should have experience of ecommerce experience
  • Experience in customer service, customer relations, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively with different departments
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
