Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and managing existing client accounts. The role will also involve creating proposals, negotiating contracts, and strategizing for business growth. The candidate will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the alignment of business goals and activities.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of business development and account management
- Proven track record in sales, client acquisition, and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Analytical skills and strategic planning abilities
- Experience in the advertising industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
