We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our team in the Western region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent culinary skills.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food production.
- Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
- Supervise and train junior staff members to maintain consistency in quality and service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a reputable establishment.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards.
