As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the voice of our brand ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolutions.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction targets are met and maintained.
*Preferred candidate profile*
- Education: Graduate (any stream mandatory)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools experience is a plus).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
Perks and Benefits:
- Salary : Rs 25000 up to 35000 Per month CTC (depending on last drawn CTC) + Incentives

* Shift Timings: Shift: Male 9 am to 9 pm any 9 hours Female: 9 am to 8 pm any 9 hours6 days working 1 rotational week off
