Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Market Research (~15% time)
  • Conduct regular client and market surveys, to fine tune product offerings and specifications.
  • Develop short-term and long-term marketing strategy with clear articulation of brand positioning.
  • Designing and Branding (~20% time)
  • Plan & develop marketing collaterals like ads, brochure, website, e-mailers, presentations etc. Producing content for all such collaterals.
  • Define and execute the content marketing strategy through blogs, newsletters and other social media platforms.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing (~25% time)
  • Plan and execute various direct marketing (events, road shows etc.), offline (print, outdoor etc.) and digital (PPC, Social media advertising etc.) campaigns to generate leads.
  • Nurturing the database and leads generated through various activities by using tools like e-mails, engagement on social media, drip marketing and retargeting.
  • PR& Communication (~20% time)
  • Handle our public relations outreach. Serve as the media contact and represent the organization at press and community events.
  • Field media requests and disseminating information via phone and email.
  • Miscellaneous (~10% time)
  • Produce MIS and reports as per the needs of the management.
  • Any other work assigned by the management.

Desired Profile/Skills:

  • You should have at least 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • You must have a Bachelors or Master's degree in English Management or Mass Communication having at least 70% marks in class XII.
  • Your age should be between 22 and 30 years.
  • You should have strong verbal, listening and written communication skills.
  • You should be proficient in working with MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel &Word.
  • You must live within a 90 minute commuting distance from Nehru Place.

Our working hours are from 9:00am to 6:15pm, Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 1:15pm on Saturday.This is a Delhi based position. Please do not apply for this job unless you currently live in Delhi/NCR.
