This position is for Executive/ Sr. Executive - Finance on a contractual basis. Below are the key responsibilities, though not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of AR module in ERP & Reconciliation of dealer balances on monthly basis.
  • Entries for collection for AR in M3 based on information shared by Sales Admin Team and Bank file.
  • Collection entries to be posted next day of amount collected or information shared by Sales Admin Team.
  • Dealer & Sales Accounting, Monthly Allocation entries of Customers/Dealers for reconciliation and reporting purpose.
  • Allocation of balances for dealers from AP to AR or AR to AP
  • Dealer warranty claim processing and posting
  • Assist in the preparation of month-end schedules and financial reports related to AR
  • Preparation of Dashboards/MIS for dealers different type of claims and their status on weekly basis.
  • Preparation of data for GST returns and submission to consultants for final filing of returns on Govt Portal.
