Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the unique staffing needs of each client company.
  • Design and implement customized recruitment processes, such as targeted advertising and screening.
  • Develop personalized onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Collaborate with clients to define job roles and candidate profiles.
  • Source and screen candidates with relevant skills and experience for specific roles.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to new employees as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and client policies.
  • Manage temporary, contract, permanent, and specialty staffing models.
  • Maintain effective communication with both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8, ₹42,520.46 per month
