Role Description

Warehouse Solutions / Transportation Solutions (Location: Blore / Delhi/Mumbai)

  • Understanding the 'as-is' supply chain process of the customer with respect of infrastructure,

technology and process. Developing the warehouse / transportation solution to bring value chain transformation.

  • Preparation of CAPEX and OPEX sheet used to guide the procurement team to arrange vendors and

for Project team to speed up for implementation.

  • Collaborate with sales, operations, and other internal teams to understand client requirements and develop customized logistics solutions.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client supply chain processes and to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Design end-to-end supply chain solutions that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels for clients.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive solution proposals, including scope of work, pricing models, implementation plans, and value propositions, to clients.
  • Engage with clients to understand their feedback, address concerns, and refine solution proposals as needed to ensure alignment with client expectations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to execute solution implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and seamless integration with client operations.
  • Monitor and evaluate solution performance against established KPIs and SLAs, proactively identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, WMS, TMS, emerging technologies, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management, and incorporate relevant insights into solution development.
