Business Development Executive

We are looking for talented and competitive Business Development folks for our College Partnerships Business team. You would primarily work in acquiring new clients for our solutions in the college branding and student upskilling ecosystem, understanding university's branding and student upskilling requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key college ecosystem stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strategize on maximizing revenue for the company from existing as well as new products and services.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Generate qualified leads through referrals, outbound outreach, social media, and networking
- Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, and documentation
- Act as a brand ambassador for apna's ecosystem of products and services
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in College sales.
- Proven ability to manage and grow large university accounts.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage with senior leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen.
- Experience across the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
