The team

As a member of the Operations Transformations team you will embark on an exciting and fulfilling journey with a group of intelligent and innovative globally aware individuals.

We work in conjuncture with various institutions solving key business problems across a broad-spectrum roles and functions, all set against the backdrop of constant industry change.

Your work profile

• Lead on defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and governance structures.
• Manage changes to project scopes, schedules and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Effective and thorough management of risks, issues, decisions and assumptions to minimise risks to project success and support with continuous improvement.
• Work with the wider team to establish and embed project management best practice within Ambition, developing templates, upskilling staff and developing the team.
• Play a key role in the leadership of project governance.
• Coordinate and positively influences teams and resources from across the organisation to successfully deliver projects.
• Lead project communication, developing a communication plan to ensure that the relevant stakeholders are updated in a timely manner on progress, issues and decisions
