The Sales Executive – Resort Sales is responsible for promoting and selling the resort's rooms, banquets, day outing packages, and events to corporate, leisure, and group clients. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction while representing the resort professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Business: Identify and develop new business opportunities from corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), travel agents, and social event clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Sales Targets: Assist in achieving monthly and yearly sales goals for rooms, banquets, and day outing segments.
  • Presentations & Site Visits: Conduct property tours and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the resort's facilities and services.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts accurately and on time.
  • Market Research: Gather and analyze market intelligence — competitor rates, new business trends, and upcoming events.
  • Coordination: Work closely with operations, reservations, and banquet teams to ensure smooth event and guest experiences.
  • Reporting: Maintain a client database, update sales activities in the CRM, and provide daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Promotions: Support marketing initiatives, participate in exhibitions, and represent the resort at networking events.
  • Guest Experience: Follow up post-event or stay to ensure guest satisfaction and collect feedback.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Business, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in hotel or resort sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and confident presentation.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and promotion
