Job Description:
The Sr. Sales Executive will be responsible for coordinating and nurturing leads, managing relationships with home buyers, and maintaining up-to-date property inventories. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills, capable of coordinating between home buyers, the sales team, and affiliate partners to drive primary sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential homebuyers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, online inquiries, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, ensuring clear communication regarding available inventories, pricing, and property features.
- Gather and manage up-to-date property inventories from team, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Work closely with the team and home buyers to coordinate appointments, schedule property tours, and assist in closing sales.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information, communication logs, inventory details, and follow-up tasks.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market, new developments, and industry trends to provide valuable insights to developers, sales teams, and affiliate partners.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on lead generation, sales performance, inventory status, and conversion rates to management.
- Act as a liaison between developers, sales teams, and affiliate partners to ensure alignment and smooth operations in primary sales.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience real estate sales is compulsory .Proven experience in primary sales, telemarketing, or a related sales role, preferably in real estate or new home sales..
- Strong understanding of the real estate market, new home sales processes, and inventory management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a client-focused mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
