Position: Soft Services Executive

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating all soft services operations within assigned facilities to ensure optimal workplace environment, employee satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Manages vendor relationships and service delivery across multiple soft service disciplines.

Key ResponsibilitiesService Management: Oversee cleaning, catering, security, landscaping, pest control, and waste management services

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with multiple soft service vendors, ensuring SLA compliance and cost optimization

Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service quality standards

Budget Management: Monitor and control soft services budgets, process invoices, and identify cost-saving opportunities

Compliance: Ensure all services comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations

Stakeholder Management: Liaise with tenants, employees, and management regarding soft service requirements

Reporting: Prepare regular reports on service performance, costs, and improvement initiatives

Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field

3-5 years of experience in facility management or soft services

Strong vendor management and negotiation skills

Knowledge of FM software and MS Office Suite

Understanding of health and safety regulations

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
