Job Title: Manager - IT Sales
Job Type: Full-time

Location: Sec-49, Gurgaon
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth in India, the Middle East, and other global regions.
Identify and establish new business opportunities, leveraging an extensive network within the IT industry.
Lead the sales process for IT solutions, understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions.
Collaborate with pre-sales teams to design and present solutions that meet specific customer requirements.
Maintain a deep understanding of Swaran Soft's offerings to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Oversee the entire bidding and RFP process, including preparation, submission, and follow-up.
Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to develop competitive, compelling proposals.
Drive sales across Swaran Soft's IT product and service portfolio, including app development, AI, cloud solutions, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and managed IT staffing.
Lead and expand the sales team, mentoring and motivating team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development to the team.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders, enhancing the company's market presence.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, managing sales budgets and forecasts for optimal resource allocation.
Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving significant revenue growth.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership within the IT industry.
Strong understanding of IT products and services, particularly in digital transformation and AI.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated experience in solutions sales and managing RFP processes.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
Experience with managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
