This role focuses on ensuring exceptional service delivery across cleaning, catering, events, landscaping, and other facility support services while maintaining strong client relationships and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities Client Management:Serve as primary point of contact for assigned soft services accounts Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders Conduct regular client meetings and service reviews Ensure contract compliance and service level agreement adherence Service Delivery:Oversee daily operations of soft services including cleaning, catering, mailroom, reception, and security services Monitor service quality through regular inspections and client feedback Coordinate with service providers and contractors Manage service schedules and resource allocation Financial Management:Monitor account budgets and financial performance Prepare cost estimates and budget forecasts Process invoices and manage vendor payments Identify cost optimization opportunities Vendor & Team Management:Manage relationships with third-party service providers Conduct vendor performance reviews Coordinate training programs for service staff Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements Location: On-site Gurgaon, HRScheduled Weekly Hours: 48 If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you dont meet all of the requirements.
