Roles and Responsibilities
- * Meet daily/weekly targets for sales performance metrics such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer satisfaction scores.
- * Process customer inquiries and resolve issues related to existing accounts or new product applications.
- * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
- * Generate leads through outbound sales calls to promote banking products such as credit cards, fixed deposits, and other financial services.
Desired Candidate Profile
- * 0-3 years of experience in BPO sales, telesales, or outbound calling in the banking industry.
- * Strong understanding of banking processes and products including credit cards, fixed deposits, loans etc. .
- * Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Strong communication skills.
- Grad/UG
- Immediate joiners preferred.
