This is an entry-level role ideal for someone just starting out in HR/recruitment. He/She will work closely with our recruiting team to source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with hiring managers to understand open roles and required qualifications.
  • Source potential candidates by posting jobs online, searching resume databases, networking, etc.
  • Screen applicant resumes and select qualified candidates to move forward.
  • Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess applicants' skills and fit.
  • Manage and organize candidate information and status throughout the pipeline.
  • Assist in preparing offer letters and onboarding new hires.
  • Attend job fairs and other recruiting events to identify talent.
  • Provide administrative support to Regional HR SPOC's as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proficient with MS Office and HR systems/software
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
