Company:Qualcomm India Private LimitedJob Area:Finance & Accounting Group, Finance & Accounting Group > FinanceGeneral Summary:About India Finance Team: Qualcomm India Finance team supports India operations specialized with preparation of Budget and handling Opex expenditure, Month end closing, Variance analysis. This position is within the financial planning and Analysis (FP&A) India team.Job Overview:Responsibilities (including but not limited to)-Month-end close activities, preparation and presentation of variance comments to management.Review and update of budgets on quarterly basis by closely working with stakeholders.Review and approve construction expenses and tracking them on real time basis against budget.Preparation of MIS Reports for management decision making.Ensure accurate and timely completion of activities with complete ownership and accountability.Working closely with Head Quarters and satellite accounting team with regular interaction to review & drive process improvement.Analysis of expense reports and highlighting the deviations, if any.Perform additional ad hoc finance activities from time to time.Requirements:1 to 3 years relevant industry experience in finance FP&A activities.Good knowledge of MS Office and Power Point Presentation.Good knowledge of ERP systems and Cognos TM1 added advantageDemonstrates a keen interest and aptitude for leveraging AI toolsAbility to focus on details, multitasking and perform activities timely with quality output.Experience of working with advanced tools – Tableau, Power BI etc (Preferred)Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player who is able to work autonomously, prioritize responsibilities and take the initiative on solving issues as they arise.Effective verbal, written and presentation skills are needed as the position requires significant interaction with senior management across multiple functions.Education Requirements:B.com/BBA /MBAMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree.Applicants: Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
