Customer Service Adviser

Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Adviser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or in person in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and update databases/CRM systems.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while dealing with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Follow company guidelines and service standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher qualifications a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
