Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Implement training programs to promote customer-centric culture across teams.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure quick turnaround.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and adopt best practices for customer engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools, analytics platforms, and customer engagement technologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
