**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute customer experience strategies aligned with business goals.
- Map and analyze the customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Establish and monitor KPIs such as NPS, CSAT, and CES to measure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collect, analyze, and act on customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Implement training programs to promote customer-centric culture across teams.
- Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure quick turnaround.
- Stay updated with industry trends and adopt best practices for customer engagement.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong knowledge of CRM tools, analytics platforms, and customer engagement technologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
