**Job Description - CRM Executive (After Sales)**

**Salary**: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
**Weekly Off**: Sunday
**Timings**: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
**Department**: CRM / After Sales
**Reporting To**: Director / Sales Head

**Job Summary**:
The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships after sales — ensuring smooth delivery coordination, timely support, and effective follow-ups. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and maintaining long-term relationships to build brand loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the logistics team for timely and accurate delivery of materials.
- Track and update delivery status in the CRM system daily.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests after delivery.
- Maintain records of deliveries, invoices, and customer feedback forms.
- Conduct post-delivery follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the sales and accounts teams for quick issue resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on deliveries and service-related issues.
- Manage and update the customer database for repeat business opportunities.
- Support management in improving customer experience and customer retention.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English).
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Problem-solving attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- Graduate (Any stream).
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Support / CRM / After-Sales (preferably in building materials, tiles, or retail industry).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
