Technical Support Engineer Lenel & Milestone Xprotct Application

Location: Bangalore/Chennai

Work experience: 3 to 7 years.

Position – Engineer & Sr. Engineer (LTTS 3&4)

  1. Should have proficient ELV domain knowledge. Preferably having working experience with a reputed ELV system integration company. Networking and Smart buildings knowledge.
  2. Experience with in-depth technical knowledge of Lenel access control system & Milestone video management system.
  3. Milestone & Lenel software installation
  4. Troubleshooting knowledge in Lenel OnGuard Application
  5. Milestone application Troubleshooting knowledge
  6. Camera configuration & Troubleshooting knowledge
  7. Monitor all access applications via the trouble tickets and ensure that service level agreement (SLA) and commitments to internal customers are met.
  8. Provide technical guidance for the development of solutions and understand and analyze different technology solutions.
  9. Must be proficient in communication, both verbal and written.
  10. Flexible to work on shifts
