We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder with expertise in Argon (TIG) welding processes to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding components according to specifications, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform TIG (Argon) welding on various metals including stainless steel and mild steel.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedures.
  • Set up welding machines and equipment based on job requirements.
  • Inspect welded joints and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain welding equipment and tools in proper working condition.
  • Ensure safety procedures and PPE compliance at all times.
  • Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing tasks as required.
  • Assist in the fabrication and assembly of components or structures.
  • Report any defects or quality issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in TIG (Argon) welding.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Good understanding of metallurgy and various welding techniques.
  • Familiarity with industry safety standards and procedures.
  • Physical stamina and dexterity; ability to work in varying conditions.
  • Minimum 3 years of welding experience in an industrial or fabrication setting.
  • Welding certification is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification from a recognized welding institute
  • Experience with other welding processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
