Job Title : Experienced Welder

**Department**: Manufacturing / Production

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform precision welding (TIG, laser, or micro-welding) on stainless steel, titanium, and other biocompatible materials used in medical devices.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine proper welding requirements.
- Inspect welds for conformance to specifications and quality standards (e.g., using microscopes or magnification tools).
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with engineers and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and continuously improve product quality.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation in compliance with FDA and ISO 13485 standards.
- Follow all cleanroom and contamination control procedures as required.
- Support preventive maintenance of welding equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school pass and ITI or Diploma in technical certification in welding is required.
- 2+ years of welding experience, ideally in a regulated or precision manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in TIG and/or laser welding techniques; micro-welding experience a plus.
- Familiarity with cleanroom practices and GMP/ISO standards (especially ISO 13485).
- Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous work in the medical device, aerospace, or electronics manufacturing industries.
- Experience with microscopic weld inspection or metallurgical testing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
