**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **TIG (Argon)** and **MIG** welding on various metals, including **stainless steel** and **mild steel**.
- **Read and interpret** blueprints, technical drawings, and welding procedure specifications.
- **Set up** welding machines and equipment according to job requirements.
- **Inspect** welded joints to ensure compliance with quality and industry standards.
- **Maintain** welding equipment and tools in proper working condition.
- **Follow all safety protocols** and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Perform **grinding, cutting, and finishing** tasks as required.
- **Assist** in the fabrication and assembly of components or structures.
- **Report** any defects, deviations, or quality issues to the supervisor promptly.

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience** in **TIG (Argon)** and **MIG** welding.
- **Ability to read and interpret** engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- **Strong understanding** of metallurgy and various welding techniques.
- **Knowledge of** industry safety standards and best practices.
- **Physical stamina and dexterity** to perform welding tasks in diverse working conditions.
- **Minimum of 3 years** of welding experience in an industrial or fabrication environment.
- **Welding certification** preferred, but not mandatory.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Certification** from a recognized welding institute.
- **Experience with additional welding processes** is a plus.
- **Knowledge of quality control** and inspection procedures.
- **Ability to work independently** or collaboratively as part of a team.
