Manager - Administration

Glorious is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an our Administration Manager. You will play a key role supporting the Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Glorious.

Responsibilities

· Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director .

· Manage the Director's calendar, schedule appointments, and prioritize tasks.

· Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and travel arrangements.

· Oversee operational processes and ensure smooth workflow across departments.

· Assist with project management and implementation of new initiatives.

· Maintain accurate records and reports.

· Coordinate with staff and external partners.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in any field (Master's Degree preferred).

· Experience in an administrative or executive assistant role

· Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (a plus).

· Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.

· Strong attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality.

· Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.

· A passion for building a positive and collaborative work environment.
