Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall administrative operations of the college.
  • Supervise staff in areas such as front office, facilities, housekeeping, transport, and security.
  • Oversee admission process support, student record management, and examination logistics.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with government, university, and accreditation requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation related to academic and administrative functions.
  • Coordinate with faculty, students, parents, and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
  • Manage infrastructure, assets, procurement, and maintenance of college facilities.
  • Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management for administrative needs.
  • Ensure effective grievance redressal for staff and students on administrative matters.
  • Support the management in policy implementation, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
