Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall administrative operations of the college.
- Supervise staff in areas such as front office, facilities, housekeeping, transport, and security.
- Oversee admission process support, student record management, and examination logistics.
- Ensure statutory compliance with government, university, and accreditation requirements.
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and documentation related to academic and administrative functions.
- Coordinate with faculty, students, parents, and external stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Manage infrastructure, assets, procurement, and maintenance of college facilities.
- Handle budgeting, resource allocation, and vendor management for administrative needs.
- Ensure effective grievance redressal for staff and students on administrative matters.
- Support the management in policy implementation, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software.
Knowledge of university/college regulatory frameworks.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
