Shift timing - 9.30am to 6.30pm (Monday - Saturday)

Job Role:

  1. Handle tele-sales & customer service calls

  2. Achieve sales targets & maintain client relationships

  3. Provide excellent support and query resolutions

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in Local language.

  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  3. Previous customer service experience is preferred.

  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.

  5. Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
