About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Executives proficient in Telugu to join our customer support team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction in Telugu, along with basic English as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Telugu language.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries in a professional manner.
  • Maintain call records, update CRM systems, and follow up on pending requests.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior support or relevant departments.
  • Meet daily/weekly call handling and quality targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Telugu (spoken and written).
  • Good communication in English is an added advantage.
  • Graduate in any stream.
  • Prior customer service / call center / BPO experience preferred, but freshers can also apply.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts if required.
