Business Development Executive – EdTech Sector Company: NIAT – Powered by Nxtwave

Location: PAN India (Based on region/language)

Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Rotational Week Off)

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (Fixed Incentives Travel Allowance)

We're looking for passionate Business Development Executives (BDEs) who can connect with schools, colleges, and students to promote NIAT programs and drive student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field visits to 12th-grade schools and colleges to deliver student demo sessions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school/college principals and educational partners.
  • Organize on-ground marketing activities like stalls, events, and awareness drives.
  • Maintain outreach and reporting data daily.

Eligibility

  • Excellent communication in regional language basic English.
  • Passion for education and field-based roles.
  • Freshers & experienced candidates (1–4 years in sales, business development, or counseling) can apply.
  • Must be open to travel (official travel reimbursed).
  • 2-wheeler and laptop mandatory.
