The Front Office Associate is responsible for creating a positive guest experience by efficiently handling check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries. The role requires excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately in the hotel system.
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding rooms, services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and messages professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest requests are fulfilled.
  • Maintain guest records, billing information, and process payments securely.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints or issues courteously and escalate to supervisors if necessary.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Uphold hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in front office or customer service roles is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and MS Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and handle guest concerns tactfully.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
