Job description

Looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Process Associate/ Business Development Executive with 1-2 years of experience in managing internal processes for the sales team specifically in the Intellectual Property Service domain.

Responsibilities

  • Regular update of internal CRM tools and databases with utmost accuracy such as Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, and Projects details.
  • Manage data files in various formats such as MS Excel or online tools.
  • Attending live communications with clients through Online Chats, WhatsApp, or Toll-Free Calls.
  • Follow up with clients through e-mails or phone calls.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent verbal/ written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Candidates with experience in sales & business development processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
