- Identify potential risk factors and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Provide strategic input for new product development or enhancements.
- Perform regular assessments of progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the banking sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer bases.
- Strong understanding of CASA products and banking operations.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across various teams and departments.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and industry standards.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
