Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients in logistics, SaaS, e-commerce & service sectors
  • Research decision makers via LinkedIn + Apollo/SignalHire
  • Send daily outreach messages through LinkedIn + email
  • Handle follow-ups and conversations to warm the lead
  • Book qualified meetings for the founder
  • Maintain CRM records and weekly pipeline updates

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B appointment setting / BDR role
  • Strong written & spoken English (no heavy accent)
  • Understanding of outbound sales, follow-up cadence, and objection handling
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
  • Discipline & accountability with daily activity targets
