Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Representative located in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients in logistics, SaaS, e-commerce & service sectors
- Research decision makers via LinkedIn + Apollo/SignalHire
- Send daily outreach messages through LinkedIn + email
- Handle follow-ups and conversations to warm the lead
- Book qualified meetings for the founder
- Maintain CRM records and weekly pipeline updates
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B appointment setting / BDR role
- Strong written & spoken English (no heavy accent)
- Understanding of outbound sales, follow-up cadence, and objection handling
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
- Discipline & accountability with daily activity targets
