Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at BOSC Tech Labs Private Limited. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to business growth. The role involves market research, lead generation, client communication, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, client communication, and sales processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate, present, and build relationships effectively
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹56,101.26 per month
