Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining property offerings, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.

  • Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database.
  • Explain real estate projects, pricing, and features clearly and convincingly.
  • Generate leads and maintain a detailed record of all customer interactions.
  • Follow up with interested clients and schedule property visits.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to support closing deals.
  • Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline).
  • Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or customer service role (real estate experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain positive under pressure.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools or Excel.
