  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and maintain good relationships.
  • Maintain records of calls and customer information.
  • Follow up with potential leads and convert them into sales.
  • Support marketing and sales teams with telecommunication needs.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 months of telecalling or customer service experience.
  • Good verbal communication in [insert languages, e.g., English and Hindi].
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
