The Sales & Marketing Associate will be responsible for outreach, onboarding customers, improving service awareness, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, understands cultural values, and enjoys field as well as digital marketing work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential customers, housing societies, corporate groups, temple committees, and local communities.
  • Drive sales for pooja bookings, online rituals, and subscriptions.
  • Promote PoojaKaro's offerings through calls, meetings, and WhatsApp marketing.
  • Build relationships with repeat customers and increase client engagement.
  • Execute local marketing campaigns (flyers, posters, stall activities, temple tie-ups).
  • Support digital marketing efforts (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp broadcast).
  • Assist in creating local awareness for festivals, pooja packages, and regional events.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable pooja services.
  • Provide onboarding support for new users.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and feedback loop with operations team.

Coordination

  • Coordinate with priests, vendors, and backend teams for bookings.
  • Help organize festival events, special pooja drives, and outreach programs.
  • Maintain CRM updates and daily reporting.

Required Skills

  • Good communication (Hindi/English/regional language preferred)
  • Basic sales or customer service experience (freshers welcome)
  • Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, and basic digital tools
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Culturally aware, respectful, and customer-first attitude

Good to Have

  • Experience in field sales, telecalling, or local marketing
  • Knowledge of pooja rituals, temple systems, or astrology
  • Interest in devotional products or spirituality
  • Social media marketing experience
