We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive the adoption of our premium automotive protection services.
Role & Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue by successfully promoting and selling our range of high-performance automotive coatings and protection solutions to individual car owners and dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities for Nano Car Shield, Ceramic Coating, and Paint Protection Film (PPF) services.
- Market Penetration: Focus on both Business-to-Consumer (B2C) sales (targeting individual premium car owners) and Business-to-Business (B2B) sales (establishing partnerships with automotive dealerships and authorized service centres).
- Product Expertise: Become an expert on NCS products, clearly and confidently articulating the technical benefits and long-term value of our nanotechnology-based protection solutions versus conventional car care methods.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers and dealership contacts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and generating repeat business and referrals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Negotiation & Closing: Conduct persuasive product demonstrations, effectively handle objections, and successfully negotiate terms to finalize sales.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the company's reporting system.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1–2 years of proven sales experience in a target-driven environment. Experience within the automotive industry (e.g., car accessories, insurance, after-market products, or vehicle sales) is strongly preferred.
- Product Knowledge: A passion for cars and a general understanding of vehicle aesthetics, maintenance, and protection products.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical product benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional, long-term customer relationships. A customer-focused mindset is essential.
- Negotiation & Closing: Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
- Self-Motivation: A highly energetic, self-starter who can work independently and is driven by performance and results.
- Location: Must be based in or around Gurgaon and be willing to travel locally to meet clients and visit dealerships.
- Gender: This is a field-based sales role and is open to Male candidates.

- Compensation: This is a Commission-Based, Performance-Based role. Earnings are directly tied to sales performance, offering high earning potential for top performers (salary depends entirely on the number of sales generated).
