Role & Responsibilities (R in BARE Fit)
Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and client relationship management in the self-adhesive label stock, printing, packaging, or industrial tapes industry. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and nurturing long-term relationships with customers in the Chennai region.
KRA: Task / Activities
Develop & manage B2B sales pipeline for Self Adhesive Labels, Stock paper, Films, Tapes, Art Paper, & Boards.Generate new leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into long-term businessVisit clients across Chennai and Tamil Nādu to build and maintain strong relationshipsPrepare and present quotations, negotiate deals, and close salesTrack competitor activity and identify market expansion opportunitiesCoordinate with dispatch/logistics for order fulfillment and post-sale supportSubmit regular sales reports and market feedback to the management
KPI: Performance Metrics
Monthly sales revenue target achievementNumber of client meetings and new leads generatedClient retention and repeat order rateConversion rate from leads to ordersTimely reporting and documentation

Strong B2B sales and negotiation skillsExperience in industrial or packaging product salesExcellent communication in English and TamilSelf-motivated with the ability to manage field visits independently
Experience in self-adhesive label stock, printing consumables, or tapesKnowledge of printing industry or packaging OEMsBasic reporting skills in Excel and CRM (if applicable)
