Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate 2 Chartered Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, demonstrating strong technical knowledge, client-handling capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead engagements, mentor junior staff, and contribute to strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end client engagements across [Audit / Tax / Financial Advisory] domains.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of assignments in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Review and finalize financial statements, reports, and other deliverables.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical support to junior team members.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and value-added insights.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS, Income Tax Act, Companies Act, GST, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects including due diligence, internal audits, and special reviews.
  • Assist in business development initiatives including proposal preparation and pitching.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong technical expertise in accounting, auditing, taxation, or financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally) is a plus.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and work under tight deadlines.
  • Leadership and team management experience preferred.
