Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Associate, located in Noida. The Senior Associate will manage day-to-day bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes. They will also prepare financial statements, manage client relationships, and ensure regulatory compliance. Additional responsibilities include supporting the controllership functions and contributing to the improvement of internal processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Experience in preparing financial statements and managing client relationships
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency with cloud-based accounting technology and software
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
