Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate – Service Desk located in Noida. The Senior Associate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring efficient service desk operations. Day-to-day tasks include responding to help desk inquiries, assisting users with technical problems, and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Service Desk and Help Desk Support
- Strong Communication skills
- Detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Relevant certifications in IT support or related fields are a plus
