Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a CEO Desk Associate. The CEO Desk Associate will assist the CEO with daily operational tasks, manage communications, and help in strategic planning. Responsibilities also include managing business and financial plans, conducting market research, and supporting sales initiatives. The role involves coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth functioning across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Finance, Operations Management, and Business Planning
  • Experience in Sales and Strategic Planning
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in the BFSI sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
