- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of NRI clients, understanding their banking and investment needs.
- Provide inputs on a wide range of financial products including NRI accounts, deposits, mutual funds, insurance and investment options.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails and virtual meetings to foster engagement and loyalty.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling financial products based on client profiles and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of client requests and resolution of issues.
- Participate in NRI client acquisition drives, events, and outreach programs as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum 2 years of experience in NRI banking, wealth management or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of financial products relevant to NRI clients.
- Excellent client engagement and customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
